I help you select destinations, accommodations, and experiences that fit your interests, budget, and preferred pace. Depending on your trip, planning may include cruises, resort reservations, transfers, excursions, and a customized itinerary. Before planning begins, we’ll agree on the services included and any applicable fees.

How much do your travel planning services cost?
My travel planning fee varies based on the services performed. Before you commit, I’ll explain which fee applies to your trip and what it covers. Planning fees are separate from the cost of your travel arrangements.

How do you help me choose the right resort or cruise?
We start with what matters most to you: atmosphere, dining, activities, room preferences, budget, and who is traveling. I use those priorities to narrow the options and explain the trade-offs. For a multigenerational family, that might mean balancing activities for children with comfortable accommodations and quieter spaces for adults.

Can you help with destination weddings and guest travel?
Yes. I assist with destination and resort selection, guest accommodations, room blocks where appropriate, payment timelines, and travel coordination. We’ll clarify which responsibilities I handle and which belong to your resort’s wedding coordinator or local wedding planner.

Can members of a group pay separately?
In many cases, each traveler can make payments toward their own reservation. The available payment arrangements, deposits, and deadlines depend on the supplier and group agreement. I help communicate those requirements so travelers understand what is due and when.

Are upgrades and VIP benefits guaranteed?
No. Some eligible bookings may include benefits such as resort credits, welcome amenities, or room upgrades. Availability depends on the property, travel supplier, rate, and booking terms. I’ll explain which benefits are confirmed and which remain subject to availability.

How far in advance should I contact you?
For most vacations, I recommend starting 6 to 12 months before departure. For destination weddings, aim for 12 to 18 months. Holiday travel, popular resorts, and complex itineraries may need more lead time. If your dates are closer, contact me so we can explore available options.

What happens if my travel plans change or a problem comes up?
I help you communicate with travel suppliers and explore available options when a disruption affects arrangements booked through me. Changes, refunds, and cancellations depend on the supplier’s terms and any applicable travel protection. Before departure, we’ll review the contact information you should use for assistance.

Yes. Lisa’s Chic Travel & Tours LLC is based in Toledo, Ohio, and serves clients throughout Northwest Ohio, Metro Detroit, Cleveland, and across the United States. We can work together remotely through phone, email, and virtual consultations.

We’ll confirm the planning services and applicable fee before detailed research begins. Once you select your trip, I coordinate the agreed-upon reservations and help you prepare for departure.
